Hours & Working Time Analysis
In
detail, the company offers the following service to clients;
Tachograph
charts will be collected or posted, analysed and returned on a time frame to
suit your needs.
The chart trace information will be transferred by trained personnel using
computerised equipment, into our hours law program. The program has been
privately developed, as a result of previous involvement with law enforcement and
training experience, in order to keep pace with market requirements in relation
to prompt updating of changes in legal interpretation as well as the need to
produce informative and well engineered reports.
The program has in built facilities to enable analysis of both Community Rules
and Domestic Law in relation to both goods and passenger vehicles, all analysis
being subject to the correct interpretation of the rules as perceived by the
enforcement authorities and is updated as and when changes in either legislation
or interpretation occur. Both equipment and computer programs are subjected to
regular checks by management to ensure accuracy and correct analysis.
